Jolie Joins ‘Wanted’ Cast

Angelina Jolie returns to a familiar onscreen occupation in Universal’s
upcoming adaptation of the Mike Millar and J.G. Jones graphic novel,
Wanted. Jolie joins Academy Award winner Morgan Freeman and James McAvoy
(Chronicles of Narnia, The Last King of Scotland) as a member of the
quickly growing cast. She will play mentor to McAvoy’s character, who wishes to
avenge his father’s death by assassinating his killers.The film will be directed by Timur Bekmambetov. It begins filming in May.
