New forums!

Well I installed PHBB 3 RC1 last night so we have new forums.

From what I have seen so far this new version has a lot of the features that we were wanting before, without me having to add mods to it. This includes forum watching (haven’t tested it yet), and more security features.

The old forums were getting swamped with spammers and the like, and the old version was very hard to manage.? I actually broke the old forums trying to add mods to add features like the above.
