HEROES CON/WW: PHILLY ’07 – MONDO MARVEL PANEL

Marvel Comics held the first major program in Philadelphia Friday afternoon, the Mondo Marvel panel. As always, Newsarama was there.

Wasting
little time, Marvel Comics kicked off their Wizard World Philadelphia
programming schedule Friday just one hour after convention center doors
opened. “Mondo Marvel: Featuring Annihilation,” promised to discuss the
various corners of the Marvel Universe, with a focus on Annihilation: Conquest, the sequel to last year’s well-received cosmic event.

Presiding
over the panel is Marvel editor-in-chief Joe Quesada, along with
marketing whiz Jim McCann and editors Tom Brevoort, C.B. Cebulski and
Bill Rosemann. The first panel of the day, the attendance in the room
is light. The panel began with the requisite slideshow…
