Just in time for the holiday Newsarama has a new toy for our readers to play with…video!

That’s right, courtesy of our new content partners at Pulp Secret.com, Newsarama is entering the video age.

Pulp Secret is the world’s first comic book video network and The Stack is their very own comic book talk show. The Stack is hosted by Alex Zalben, Justin Tyler, and Pete LePage, who together also host a weekly, live talk show in New York City called Comic Book Club with special guests from the world of comic books and comedy.

The fellas just celebrated the one year anniversary of the Comic Book Club this week and it’s starting to lead to big things, even the New York Times has taken notice.

So Newsarama is excited to present over 20 of their latest episodes, including this one, their 2007 Holiday Comic Book Gift Guide episode. Looking for some last minute gift ideas for the comic book readers in your life? Or are they asking for suggestions for you? Here are some of the Alex, Justin, and Pete’s favorite things.

Look for much more info about Newsarama and Pulp Secret early next year and until then, check out all the most recent episodes below!

I LOVE this book!!

BEST OF 2007 – #2: The Lone Ranger – Volume 1

Originally reviewed in the July 5, 2007 edition of Scoop:

Dynamite Entertainment; $19.99
This new take on the origin of the Lone Ranger is fresh, but it is not even remotely alien to the those of us who have loved the character (and Tonto, for that matter) for years. Writer Brett Matthews, artist Sergio Carello, colorist Dean White, and art director – cover artist John Cassaday have to be saluted for this powerful version of one of the most popular characters ever.
